President Lorie Walton  
The president of CACPT oversees the association and advises board members. The president helps to clarify difficult issues, and is responsible for regulating the board meeting and the decisions that are made there.
Vice-President Leslie Eddy  
The vice president's primary role is to be a support to the president and other board members. In the past the vice president has helped a great deal on the Privacy Legislation work, and assists with other important administrative tasks such as contacts with the American Play therapy association.

The Secretary of the Board is responsible for taking minutes at meetings and for making sure that all motions, policies and amendments are filed accordingly.  This position is the managerial support person to the President and as such takes care of any communications and correspondences, keeps accurate records and files pertaining to Board meetings and informs the board of any communications, actions and inquiries regarding CACPT.
Manitoba Chair Linda Perry  
The Manitoba Chair oversees the Manitoba Provincial Chapter of CACPT
Treasurer Ken Gardner  
The treasurer manages all the financial affairs of the board and association.

The Certification Chair is responsible for reviewing membership applications for certification.
Education Chair Liana Lowenstein education@cacpt.com
The role of the education chair is to organize training events and oversee the Play Therapy Certificate Program.
Membership Chair Hannah Sun-Reid membership@cacpt.com 
The membership chair manages the membership information and questions. All questions regarding membership status, membership application forms and membership categories can be directed here.
Ethics Chair Nancy Stevens  
The Ethics Chair is the primary contact for any ethics questions from members or the general public and is responsible for managing complaints against members. The Ethics Chair has in the past facilitated the development of the Association’s Privacy Policy..
Training Chair Monique Gougeon and Marla Fellner  
The Training Chair administers and monitors workshops and conferences on behalf of CACPT. The training chair must be a member in good standing of CACPT, but need not be a member of the Board of Directors.
Publications and Communications Chair    
The publications and communications chair is responsible for administering, managing and organizing the CACPT publications, websites and communications plans. The publications and communications chair must be a member in good standing of CACPT, but need not be a member of the Board of Directors.
Public Relations/ Development Chair  
The public relations/development chair responsibilities include the planning, administration and implementation plans of projects and programs related to fundraising for CACPT. The public relations/development chair must be a member in good standing of CACPT, but need not be a member of the Board of Directors.
